Electrical Appliances (Fridge, Hob & Oven, extractor fan and Dishwasher)
can be supplied and fitted with an extra cost.
Mechanical works:
3 tone water tank, boiler and a solar heating system will be used.
Internal hot & cold water supply pipes will be PVC and galvanized steel
pipes will be used for the external water supply. Water pump is hydro type
placed under 2 tones of water tank.
Sewage System:
General waste water treatment system will be used.
Electrical Installation:
More than adequate number of power points, lights, telephone and TV points will
be in place.
