Technical Details of Intelligent Houses
All the building structure of the house will be reinforced C25 concrete.
The Walls:
The building walls of the house will be weather proofed giving protection
against hot & cold weather conditions. Bims insulation blocks will be used
for the walls
Wall Finishes:

External walls: 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of high quality silicone paint.

Internal walls: 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats high quality plastic paint.

Bathroom & W/C: High quality wall tiles will be used.

Kitchen: The space between the upper and lower units will be covered with high
quality ceramics
Floor Finishes:
Outside terraces, entrance, entrance hall, kitchen, living room, corridors and
1st floor balconies will be covered high quality ceramic tiles and staircases
will be covered with natural travertine marble. Bathrooms and W/Cs will be

Doors & Windows:

Mechanical works:
Heating & cooling systems throughout the house will be provided as standard
and in addition to this a 2 tones water tank, boiler and a solar heating system
will be used. Internal hot & cold water supply pipes will be PVC and
galvanized steel pipes will be used for the external water supply. Permanent
fresh running water will be available in the garden plus an additional 2 ton
reserve water tank and an electrical water pump will be placed into the garden
as standard.
Sewage System:
General waste water treatment system will be used.
Electrical Installation:
More than adequate number of power points, lights, telephone and TV points will
be in place.
Isolation:
All the terrace roofs will be covered with 3mm polyester isolation material
plus 2 cm isolation board as standard. This will give high quality isolation
and protection against the hot & cold weather conditions and water.
Barbecue:
As standard all of the houses will have a barbecue on the Ground floor terrace.
Landscape works:
As standard all of the houses will have specially paved private parking bays
and plenty of patio space. The garden will be soiled .
Swimming Pool:
The size of the pools will be 12m x 6m, the depth will be 0.90m to 2.00m ,
overflow infinity system will be in effect and the surroundings of the pool
will be covered with travertine tiles.
