  Lifecycle

  Northern Cyprus Property Values

During the construction phase, your North Cyprus Properties rise in value. As more and more properties are sold the developer’s sales requirements are met. One Donum is a measure of land equivalent to 1600 square yards, 1,338 sq. meters or 14,400 sq. ft., 0.336 acre. The build percentages vary from area to area. Normally in Kyrenia (Girne) areas allowed building up to 20-25% of the land size in North Cyprus. If you are building a bungalow still you can get the same percentage (This is changed recently and let the developers to build %20-25 for a ground floor. In the town centers mostly available to build more construction area according to your plot size. It is a fact that Famagusta area gives you more construction sq. meters according to your land.
